Toronto re-signs veteran infielder Dan Marra

TORONTO - The Toronto Maple Leafs Baseball Club (@iblmapleleafs) announced today the signing veteran infielder Dan Marra (Toronto, ON)

This season will see the return of all Dan Marra for his 14th season with the Leafs.

Last season Dan was a IBL 2nd Team All-star hitting .331 ( 43-130) with 9 2B’s, 1 HR, 20 RBI’s and 8 SB’s. The former OBJ and South Dakota State Alum has a .303 career average in the IBL (398-1312) with 51 2B's, 12 HR's, 184 RBI's and 69 SB's. 

"Dan, was outstanding last year. Very consistent and steady. He had a strong year in all facets of the game. Hit over .330 with close to career highs in hits and 2B’s and chipped in with 8 steals. His leadership and the ability to slow the game down is a great asset as well.” GM Jeff Lounsbury
