Rain washes out July 5 IBL schedule
All three Intercounty Baseball League games scheduled for Friday night were rained out.
London (12-12) – winners of seven of its last 10 – was slated to host first-place Kitchener (16-5), which was coming off a big win over Barrie the previous night.
Hamilton (9-11) was set to hook up at home against the streaking Guelph Royals (11-11), winners of four straight.
Brantford (1-19) was scheduled to welcome the third-place Welland Jackfish (12-9).
No make-up dates for those games have been announced.
