Majors Win as Keys shuts down Red Sox
BRANTFORD – Travis Keys fanned five over eight scoreless innings to lead the London Majors to a 5-1 win Sunday in Brantford.
Keys (1-0) scattered three hits and walked one as London improved to 3-0.
At the plate, Kaiden Cardoso hit a solo home run and Eduardo De Oleo went 2-for-4 with two RBI.
Jeremie Veilluex drove in the lone run for Brantford (0-1). Gus Wilson had two hits.
Josh Laukkanen (0-1) took the loss despite giving up a run on three hits over six innings. He walked one and struck out one.
