IBL Mourns the loss of Top 100 member, Wayne Fenlon

The Intercounty Baseball League (IBL) is sad to announce the passing of IBL top 100 member and London Majors All-Star Wayne Fenlon.

Wayne, a catcher for the Majors from 1966 to 1986 where he hit over a .300 average in twelve of his twenty-one seasons. Not only did Wayne win two championships, but he also played on multiple pennant-winning teams. Wayne is also one of thirteen players to have his numbers retired. 

In 2018 the IBL awarded a Gold Bat to Fenlon for being one of the top 100 players in the 100-year history. His # 9 and legacy will live on in Majors' history forever.

Wayne leaves behind his wife Glenda, sons Neal and Nathan, and daughter Joanna.
