“Jake is a gamer and plays hard every time he’s in the lineup. He has power and decent speed and is a very smart player. Jake is also a strong local player and it’s important to have local kids making valuable contributions to the team.” States GM Jeff Lounsbury
When Jake was asked about the upcoming season he stated “I am excited to finally be healthy and get back on the field with the guys next year. We came together over the course of the 2018 season and it showed in the playoffs. The culture has changed in the clubhouse with the mix of veterans and new guys. This organization has a bright future. Let’s roll!”
